The exhibition “Piramida” will open Friday, February 24, at 19:00 in Tirana Ekspres. “Piramida” will show the results of a five weeks’ research project on location in Tirana, initiated by the Interfaculty ArtScience of the Royal Academy of Arts in The Hague, and includes work of artists from the Netherlands, Albania, Slovakia, Russia, Hungary, Austria and the US.

The works in “Piramida” all investigate the relation between art, politics, and public space in Tirana, aiming to offer a reflection of their interdependence and the role of the (foreign) artist within this complex.
